Software Management Tools: The platform allows companies to manage budgets, schedule gifts, track program activity, and analyze results. This analysis includes measuring the effectiveness of gifting solutions and identifying trends and patterns in employee redemptions.

While Trove maintains industry-leading security practices to protect user data, we cannot be held responsible for losses or damages resulting from client-side breaches, such as lost passwords. Users are encouraged to safeguard their login credentials and promptly report any suspected security issues to Trove. By using our Service, you acknowledge the inherent risks of transmitting data over the internet and agree that Trove shall not be liable for any associated losses or damages.

While Trove maintains industry-leading security practices to protect user data, we cannot be held responsible for losses or damages resulting from client-side breaches, such as lost passwords. Users are encouraged to safeguard their login credentials and promptly report any suspected security issues to Trove. By using our Service, you acknowledge the inherent risks of transmitting data over the internet and agree that Trove shall not be liable for any associated losses or damages.
14. Refunds
Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. Refunds for gift value may be possible, subject to certain constraints, if the gift value has not been redeemed into brand gift cards. Once the gift value is converted into gift cards, refunds cannot be issued as the value is no longer held by Trove. Users are responsible for utilizing their gift card balance, and Trove bears no responsibility for expired credits.

By using our services, you have read and agreed to Trove's AML/CTF Compliance Policies & Procedures, including declaring non-Politically Exposed Person (PEP) status, non-OFAC sanction status and accurately representing their business and ownership. Trove reserves the right to terminate the partnership and report any suspected financial crime to relevant authorities. Trove reserves the right to suspend accounts suspected of fraud or scams, in line with industry-leading fraud detection mechanisms and in accordance with applicable regulations.
